(+)-O-Desmethyl-N,N-bisdesmethyl Tramadol opioid drug, analgesic of the Tramadol family, active metabolite of Tramadol in the form of hydrochloride, soluble in Chloroform, Ethyl Acetate, Methanol. (+)-O-Desmethyl-N,N-bisdesmethyl Tramadol has a higher affinity for the Mu-Opioid receptor than tramadol, and has stronger analgesic properties, ((+) -) – both enantiomers inhibit serotonin and norepinephrine.
